The staff was attentive, so I will be returning here soon. Overall it was well-maintained with a pull-out couch. The location was quiet and excellent for Radium Hot Springs, not far from Kootenai and Banff national parks, and a hill that had a beautiful view of the town. , the hotel was placed 4 km from a touristic place like Sinclair Canyon Valley.

Ideal location of the hotel up on a hill that had a beautiful view of the town. The rooms were spacious well appointed and brand-new with required things, like a balcony and a sitting area...
There was nothing I didnt like.

The view was beautiful from our room and it was very quiet at night up there. We never made it to the restaurant.
Your morning breakfast was too late on the Sunday morning. We couldn't wait around until it opened up. We left at 8 am. The disco music carried up through the floor into our room. Room #5. Your floor really squeaks when walking around in the front room area.

The view.
This motel needs some serious updating, the floors squeaked, the bed squeaked and was too low to the floor and you could hear the people in the next room talking, etc. the restaurant smelled damp when we walked in, service was next to nil. Our breakfast was terrible, who brings toast out of the kitchen unbuttered not to mention it was barely warm, the bacon and eggs were cooked poorly, we asked for over easy eggs, they were over hard, we were not impressed.

The food were fantastic, both the breakfast and the dinner, we felt we were back in Hungary.
No coffee maker in room. Asked if we could have one, and offered to carry it up myself. The owner said he would bring it up. It never happened. Restaurant not one at that time so couldnot even bye one and take up.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and we enjoyed having a room with a bathtub as well as dining at the on-site restaurant for dinner.

While the motel rooms were a bit dated and ordinary (but very clean and cared for), the Citadella restaurant made up for any shortcomings. The view across the valley was beautiful and the food was superb and reasonable. We were able to enjoy our meal on the deck and were pleasantly surprised by the service and quality of food. Even the breakfast included table-service with excellent coffee and a well-prepared meal. We'll definitely stay there again. 'Loved seeing the mountain sheep nearby!

The View the View the View, having a balcony is just spectacular. The breakfast was so so but the restaurant served wonderful meals.
The hotel, particularly the beds could use updating. A little more comfort would have been nice.

Very dated and kind of musty smelling room, but price is affordable for the area where other newer hotels cost much more.
